You begin in the Calendar on the main page. All the
events for the current week will be displayed. From here, you have a few
options:
- You may filter the events by category (i.e., party, lecture, sports,
and so forth) by selecting an option from the "Show:" list and clicking
"Go."
- You may view the events that are occurring next week or the events
that occurred last week by clicking on the "Previous" or "Next" links at
the bottom of the page.
- You may also view the events during a specific period by modifying the
start date and the end date. Note that only one month at a time can be
viewed in this manner.
For instance, Joe selects August 8, 2000 as the start date and September
8, 2000 as the end date. He clicks on the "Go" button, which loads up the
page with all the events that are occurring between 8/8/2000 and 9/8/2000.
He then selects "Sports" from the "Show:" list and clicks "Go" again. The
page reloads but displays only the sports events during that month. When
he clicks on "Next," the Calendar will display all the events occurring
during the following month.
